Royal Rangers. There's a Club for every boy!

What is Royal Rangers?

Royal Rangers is the boys program sponsored by the Children's Ministries Department of the Assemblies of God. We are Outpost #251. The program includes four clubs:

Ranger Kids. Ranger Kids is for boys in kindergarten through 2nd grade, which meet in Room 108.
Discover Rangers. Discovery Rangers is for boys in 3rd through 5th grade, which meets in Room 105.
Adventure Rangers. Adventure Rangers is for boys in 6th through 8th grade, which meets in Room 104.
Adventure Rangers Logo Expedition Rangers is for boys in the 9th through 12th grade. We currently do not have Expedition Rangers. Our boys in 9th through 12th grade participate in the youth group on Wednesday nights.

Boys who are ages 3 through 5, participate in Rainbows, which is part of our Mpact Program.

The purpose of Royal Rangers is to help boys grow:

  • Physically
  • Mentally
  • Socially
  • Spiritually
Dennis Wenger, Senior Commander
Denny Wenger,
Senior Commander		 Dennis Wenger, more commonly known as Commander Denny, is our Senior Commander. He plans and coordinates all Ranger activities, such as Pinewood Derby, and many others. He also ensures that all of the commanders have the necessary training and materials they need to work with the boys. He works to ensure that we are all working towards the same goal — winning boys to Jesus Christ and teaching them to live victoriously!
